The mailing list
When you subscribe, we store your email address, the name you go by, country and city, your subscription status, and the date and wording of your marketing consent. Your country and city help us share relevant show announcements. Names are self-reported; we do not require a legal name or street address. New subscriptions are kept pending until email ownership is confirmed. Confirmation emails are not yet available. Earlier signups have not been verified and must also be confirmed before marketing use. These details are private and are not displayed on the site.
Maal Cee / ONEFAN@ATIME uses this information to send new music, show announcements and occasional merch offers, and to personalize those updates. Joining the list is optional. We do not sell your contact details.
Subscriber records are stored through the site’s hosting provider. An email delivery provider may process the details needed to send our campaigns. We keep your information while you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we retain your email address, opt-out status and consent record so we can honor your preference. You can request deletion by email.
Unsubscribe or update your details
Use your personal unsubscribe link, or email maalcee@ofatrecords.com to unsubscribe, correct your details, or request access or deletion. Future mailing-list emails will include an unsubscribe link. Subscribing does not link your streaming or social-media activity to your email address.
Spam protection
For mailing-list forms, a short-lived hash based on technical connection information limits repeated submissions. The mailing-list database does not store your raw IP address. Rate-limit entries expire from use after an hour and are cleared during later signup attempts.
Signal / Response submissions
When you use Signal / Response, the site stores the name you choose to display and the response you submit. Technical information is used in hashed form to limit spam and is not published.
Maal Cee reviews every response. A response may be declined or published beneath the transmission with the name you supplied. Signal / Response submissions are not sold, used for advertising or added to the mailing list. Mailing-list signup is separate and requires your explicit consent.
